Pakistan

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • A standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking information. You can track your parcel through our courier partner until it reaches your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages

Currently, Arizah Glow ships only within Pakistan.
